I subscribed to a membership at Jims, but I changed my mind and would like to cancel it. Is that possible?

You can cancel your membership within 14 days if you subscribed online.

If you have not used our services during the 14-calendar-day cooling-off period, we will refund the amounts you have already paid to the account used for the online purchase.

However, if you have used our services during the 14-calendar-day cooling-off period, we will refund the amounts paid, minus a proportional share for the services you have already used and that have already been provided.

This right of withdrawal only applies if you subscribed to your membership online.

If you are unsure about signing up for an annual membership, you can always choose a 1-day, 4-week, or 12-week membership, or the Flex option (flexible cancellation whenever you want, with a 4-week notice period).
