If, for any reason, we do not receive the direct debit amount in our account, we will send you an email and an SMS informing you that you have missed a payment deadline and inviting you to pay the amount due as soon as possible so that your access to Jims clubs is not blocked. If, despite several reminders, you miss two payment deadlines, you will not only have to pay reminder fees, but the collection agency will also get involved.
